Shortly after graduating from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2004, Kristin joined MarshBerry as a Financial Analyst. She is responsible for the interpretation of financial data, preparing valuations, perpetuation plans and merger & acquisition modeling. She utilizes her economics degree to develop the economic analysis portion of our fair market valuation reports. As part of the team based in Michigan, she also assists with business planning, due diligence and other consulting services.

Rachelle joined MarshBerry in October of 1999 as a PHP Analyst and in 2004 was promoted to her current position as Senior PHP Analyst. Her responsibilities include providing our premier benchmarking report, Perspectives for High Performance (PHP) to clients and special reports for other employees. She is also involved with updating the design and content of the PHP report and daily departmental functions. She attended Adrian College and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics.

Mike started with MarshBerry as a summer intern in 2002. Later that year, he was offered a full time position as System Administrator/Developer. After completing MCSD training with Microsoft, he was promoted to Solution Developer. He graduated from Xavier University in 2002 as a Computer Science major.
Mike described his experience working at MarshBerry as follows:
"During my time at MarshBerry, I have been part of a number of key projects. An early project required the migration of our nation-wide IT network from Windows NT to Windows Server 2003. More recently, I worked with several colleagues to design and develop a new website utilizing ASP, .NET and AJAX technologies. Through our interaction with clients, our employees and a comprehensive benefits package, it is evident that MarshBerry holds true to its motto, 'Exceeding the Standard.'"
