MarshBerry has released its 30th Annual Market & Financial Outlook Report. The survey compiled anonymous general independent agency information including financial performance, market dynamics, and technology, with MarshBerry’s proprietary financial management system Perspectives for High Performance (“PHP”) data.

The complete report, available for $399, enables independent insurance agencies to highlight key agent and broker performance trends from 2007–2015 with results segmented by revenue size and region. Results from the survey compiled anonymous data from 460 insurance agencies representing an average revenue size of $15.6 million.

MarshBerry has released its first Organic Growth Trends survey. The goal of the survey was to identify organic growth trends, as well as provide insight into recruiting and sales management practices.

Over 170 independently owned insurance agencies responded, with an average revenue size of $15 million.

Building a sustainable organic growth engine takes time, commitment, focus, and planning.
