Phil Trem Named to Insurance Business America Hot 10001.03.17

Phil joined MarshBerry in 2010 as a Vice President on the Merger & Acquisition (M&A) team and was named Senior Vice President in 2015. He is a key contributor to MarshBerry’s M&A services division* and has extensive knowledge in the areas of acquisition analysis, due diligence, deal negotiation and integration planning. He’s personally been involved in 25+ transactions since his arrival at MarshBerry.

Along with his consulting activities, Trem is also an active thought leader in the industry. He is a keynote speaker at agent association meetings, insurance carrier elite meetings and executive leadership forums, including Selective Executive Symposiums, the Annual Insurance Brokerage Summit (formerly the SNL Financial Insurance Brokerage Summit) and training workshops.
