Seit der \u00dcbernahme der DUPI Group durch SMA im Jahr 2023 konzentriert sich der neue Eigent\u00fcmer darauf, das Unternehmen in eigenst\u00e4ndige Gesch\u00e4ftseinheiten zu restrukturieren, die mit den jeweiligen strategischen Schwerpunkten \u00fcbereinstimmen. Im Rahmen der strategischen Neuausrichtung schafft der Carve-Out von DUPI Nordics f\u00fcr SMA die M\u00f6glichkeit, ihre Marktposition in den Kernregionen weiter zu st\u00e4rken und zugleich die nordischen Aktivit\u00e4ten in eine neue Wachstumsphase unter der F\u00fchrung von HBC zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr HBC stellt die \u00dcbernahme von DUPI Nordics mit Sitz in Kopenhagen eine strategisch sinnvolle Erweiterung ihrer ausgewiesenen Expertise im Bereich maritimer Versicherungen und Underwriting-Dienstleistungen dar.
