MarshBerry vervulde in het traject de rol van exclusieve financieel-strategisch adviseur voor de groep en haar aandeelhouders. Met de steun van de nieuwe partner IceLake Capital kan Certe groep haar <em>buy-and-build-<\/em>strategie versnellen, in de eigen mogelijkheden investeren en haar portfolio versterken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De afgelopen jaren heeft Certe Groep zich onder haar huidige aandeelhouders ontwikkeld tot een leidende speler in het noorden en oosten van Nederland. De groep bestaat nu uit 12 intermediairs, een service provider en zelfs een eigen schadeverzekeraar, \u2018De Burcht\u2019. Deze nauwe integratie van de verzekeringsketen zet zich door in het unieke IT-platform van de groep. Het full-serviceconcept van Certe Groep zorgt dat haar onderdelen \u00e9n de aangesloten zelfstandige adviseurs kunnen inspelen op specifieke klantbehoeftes.
