Daar voltooide hij meer dan 30 transacties om de Heinenoord-groep te vormen. Daarvoor werkte Marcin gedurende 10 jaar als Senior M&amp;A Counsel voor Hexion, een portfolio-onderneming van Apollo Global Management \u2013 een van \u2019s-werelds grootste private equity investeerders.
