Duizenden kleine intermediairs opereren naast dominante bancassurance-spelers in de particuliere markt. Deze structuur beperkt grootschalige consolidatie aan de bovenkant, maar cre\u00ebert een brede pijplijn van kleinere, vaak opvolgingsgedreven transacties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onafhankelijke makelaars spelen met name een rol in het MKB en in regionale zakelijke markten, waar nabijheid, lokale reputatie en persoonlijk advies doorslaggevend blijven. Daar vond ook het merendeel van de Q1-activiteit plaats: in regionale markten waar platformen lokale dichtheid kunnen opbouwen en hun operating model geleidelijk kunnen standaardiseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-q1-dynamiek-concentratie-van-kopers\"><strong>Q1-dynamiek: concentratie van kopers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Q1-data laat een duidelijke scheefverdeling zien tussen kopers en verkopers. Een beperkt aantal platformen is verantwoordelijk voor het grootste deel van de activiteit, terwijl de verkoperszijde gefragmenteerd en lokaal blijft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acrisure-ondersteunde Grupo Summa was de meest actieve koper. Het integreerde Asesor\u00eda y Corredur\u00eda El Norte in Baskenland, IPAR Artekaritza in Guip\u00fazcoa, Garc\u00eda Premium in Santomera (Murcia) en, net na het kwartaal, de makelaardijactiviteiten van Montep\u00edo de Conductors Sant Crist\u00f2fol in Manresa (Barcelona). Deze transacties versterken de aanwezigheid in Baskenland, Levante\/Murcia en Cataloni\u00eb en illustreren een duidelijke strategie van regionale verdichting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andere binnenlandse platformen bleven eveneens lokaal uitbreiden. II-Broker nam Pascual Burruezo over in Jumilla (Murcia) en versterkte daarmee zijn positie in de regio Murcia. Grupo PACC verwierf de portefeuille van Jos\u00e9 Antonio S\u00e1nchez in Badajoz en bouwde zo verder aan zijn aanwezigheid in Extremadura, met een focus op schadeverzekeringen en industri\u00eble risico\u2019s. Finsa Grupo integreerde Millenium XXI, gelieerd aan Llaca &amp; Acebal en gevestigd in Oviedo, en verstevigde daarmee zijn positie in Asturi\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sabseg Group, gesteund door Miura Partners, bouwde verder aan zijn Iberische platform via de acquisities van Benefit Brokers en Op de Beeck &amp; Worth in Marbella. Benefit Brokers versterkt de positie in health en employee benefits, terwijl Op de Beeck &amp; Worth een specialistische positie toevoegt in expatriates en high-net-worth klanten aan de Costa del Sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wat-er-daadwerkelijk-wordt-opgebouwd\"><strong>Wat er daadwerkelijk wordt opgebouwd<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Spaanse markt is nog steeds primair gericht op schaalopbouw, maar niet meer in de klassieke zin van simpelweg kantoren toevoegen. De leidende platformen bouwen aan regionale dichtheid, klanttoegang en operationele leverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De eerste stap is aggregatie. De waarde wordt vervolgens gerealiseerd via klantbehoud, cross-sell, technologie, ondersteuning van adviseurs en integratiediscipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daarmee komt executierisico centraal te staan. Spanje heeft geen gebrek aan potenti\u00eble overnamedoelen. De beperkende factor is of kopers erin slagen om gefragmenteerde lokale bedrijven te integreren in een samenhangend platform, zonder de klantrelaties te verliezen die juist de basis vormen van hun waarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-strategische-implicaties\"><strong>Strategische implicaties<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor kopers laat Q1 zien dat herhaalbaarheid doorslaggevend wordt. De winnaars zijn de platformen die in staat zijn om meerdere kleine transacties consistent uit te voeren, te integreren en tegelijkertijd klant- en adviseursretentie te borgen. Transactievolume alleen is niet voldoende; de capaciteit om acquisities operationeel te absorberen wordt de echte bottleneck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor verkopers blijft regionale kracht bepalend. Lokale makelaars met loyale klanten, stabiele portefeuilles en een duidelijke continu\u00efteitsstrategie blijven aantrekkelijk.
