His knowledge of the European marketplace will continue to build the firms expansion into the international marketplace.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to MarshBerry, Hoftijzer was director at Nationale Nederlanden, the Dutch market leader in corporate property &amp; casualty insurance. Following the acquisition of Delta Lloyd, Armand led the successful integration of the coinsurance business and positioned Nationale Nederlanden as the leading Dutch large-account insurer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preceding his role at Nationale Nederlanden, Armand held senior management positions at Aon both in the UK and the Netherlands. At Aon, Hoftijzer implemented a market-leading broking strategy, leading to better client outcomes and significant revenue growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Armand started his career as consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
