Amsterdam, June 10, 2026 \u2013 MarshBerry has advised Klaverblad Verzekeringen (Klaverblad), a Dutch insurer, on the transfer of its direct insurance portfolio to RISK, a leading Dutch distribution and delegated authority business. The transaction marks an important milestone in the execution of Klaverblad’s Strategy 2030, under which the insurer has chosen to focus exclusively on intermediary distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the transaction, the management of the direct portfolio will be transferred to RISK, while Klaverblad will remain the risk carrier. Completion of the transaction is expected before 1 October 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
