(CI Group) on their sale to Brown &amp; Brown Retail Holdco (Europe) Limited (Brown &amp; Brown). The transaction closed on 1 August 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MarshBerry International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to The CI Group Holdings Ltd. Founded in 2000, the firm is a respected trade credit insurance broker with strong, long-standing relationships with commercial customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CI Group, based in Manchester, provides credit insurance solutions for banks and other commercial lenders via its in-house developed technology platform, E-Bonded. The business facilitates access to debtor insurance for UK SME businesses. The acquisition brings additional capabilities to Brown &amp; Brown through the E-Bonded platform \u2013 providing a connected ecosystem for lenders and SMEs, along with CI Group\u2019s blue-chip lender customer base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are proud to have represented CI Group in their sale to Brown &amp; Brown.
