Henshall & Co. Ltd. on their sale to Ardonagh Advisory Broking Holdings Ltd. (Ardonagh) \u2013 Ardonagh Group\u2019s SME broking platform. The transaction was announced on 19 August 2024 and is subject to FCA approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MarshBerry International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to R.K. Henshall & Co. Ltd. As part of Ardonagh, R.K. Henshall & Co. Ltd. is joining a \u00a31 billion-plus GWP UK broker with more than 2,600 people across the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

R.K. Henshall & Co. Limited, a chartered insurance broker based in Sandbach, Cheshire, specialises in commercial insurance and has a number of high-quality schemes through its Air Underwriting division. The proposed acquisition by Ardonagh enhances the firm’s proposition for clients and provides greater opportunities for both employees and clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
