The transaction was completed on 12 August 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MarshBerry International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to ActiveQuote. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the UK health insurance market, promising enhanced services and solutions for clients under Howden\u2019s leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 2009 by Richard Theodossiades, ActiveQuote employs 132 people in Cardiff Bay and manages \u00a360 million in premium. The acquisition enhances Howden\u2019s presence in the consumer insurance sector, supports their position in the UK health insurance market, and reflects their broader strategy to expand its employee benefits\u2019 capability to meet growing client demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
