The transaction was announced on 3 September 2024 and is subject to regulatory clearance by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MarshBerry International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Capulus. The Capulus team, consisting of 21 colleagues, joins SRG&#8217;s MGA pillar, MX Underwriting, further enhancing SRG&#8217;s comprehensive Motor Fleet capabilities across its Retail, Wholesale, and Underwriting pillars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Capulus is a highly regarded specialist in the motor fleet sector, with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke solutions and exceptional service to UK broker partners. This acquisition complements SRG&#8217;s existing motor fleet underwriting expertise and now positions MX as a significant player in the UK and Ireland, with specialisms spanning motor fleet, property, and casualty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are proud to have represented Capulus in their sale to Specialist Risk Group.
