The transaction was announced on 4 December 2024 and is subject to regulatory clearance by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MarshBerry acted as the exclusive financial adviser to Willis Owen, a Borehamwood-based direct-to-consumer investment and cash solution services provider with \u00a3680m of assets under management. Through the intelligent use of data, Willis Owen drives client engagement and supports customers through their financial planning journey by creating a broad \u201ccradle-to-grave\u201d product range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This transaction will allow Willis Owen to accelerate its digital ambitions, offering a slicker and more consistently aligned customer experience, while also providing Willis Owen\u2019s customers with access to Moneyfarm\u2019s broader range of investment solutions.&nbsp; It also represents a unique opportunity for Moneyfarm to consolidate its position in the UK market, with the acquisition taking Moneyfarm\u2019s total assets to over \u00a35bn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;MarshBerry is proud to have represented Willis Owen in their sale to Moneyfarm.
