The firm is recognised for its expertise in Hull &amp; Machinery, Property &amp; Engineering, and Protection &amp; Indemnity lines, operating as a highly specialised insurance broker within the maritime sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This acquisition further strengthens Yellow Hive\u2019s presence in the Dutch maritime insurance sector and expands its regional footprint in Zeeland, while offering new opportunities for Vermeij\u2019s clients and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>MarshBerry is proud to have advised Assurantiekantoor Vermeij on this important transaction<\/em>,\u201d said Michel Schaft, MarshBerry Managing Director. \u201c<em>By joining forces with Yellow Hive, Vermeij is well positioned to continue growing its strong client relationships and reinforce its leadership within the maritime insurance market.
