STEP 1: DEVELOP A POSITION PROFILE
MarshBerry helps you create a position profile to market your agency to potential candidates.
STEP 2: COMPENSATION PLANS
MarshBerry works with you to implement a pay and/or validation structure focused on activity. This unique compensation plan is designed to reward the performers and quickly eliminate non-producers.
STEP 3: THE SEARCH

STEP 4: REPORTING
Every two weeks you receive an update on all candidate interview activity. The Team Leader will also call once a month for a discussion on the status of candidates and the search.
STEP 5: CANDIDATE PRESENTATION
After a candidate has completed our thorough process, the Team Leader will formally present the candidates to you via email.
STEP 6: OFFERING AND HIRING
A MarshBerry Team Leader will remain involved throughout the entire interview process – including making an offer on your behalf, if you choose.
