His primary responsibilities include new client acquisition, maintaining existing client relationships, producer and mentor training, executive consulting, and strategic planning. He is a frequent contributor to MarshBerry’s proprietary publication, CounterPoint, and leads strategic discussions at MarshBerry’s Executive Peer Exchange Summits.
Chris started at MarshBerry in 2014 as a Consultant, and was promoted to Lead Coaching Consultant, Sales Performance Consulting Team Leader, and Senior Consultant in 2019. Chris has over thirteen years of sales and sales management experience and provides expertise in generating new B2B accounts, improving sales models, talent acquisition, & producer development. Prior to joining MarshBerry, Chris worked for a global transportation company, where he was a top salesperson, sales manager, and corporate trainer.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Baldwin Wallace University, with a minor in management.
