Vice President, Organizational Learning & Development

Christina Moran, Ph.D., joined MarshBerry in 2015 as the operations leader of MarshBerry Connect. Since that time, she has elevated to a role overseeing MarshBerry’s first formal organizational development and learning effort. In this role, she draws upon her experiences in talent management, leadership development, program design and delivery, teaching, presenting, marketing, product/service development, analytic modeling, international work and generating intellectual capital.

Prior to joining MarshBerry, Christina amassed a number of accomplishments in leadership, talent management and postsecondary education capacities. Her research has appeared in a number of publications, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Motivation and Emotion, Personnel Psychology, Research in Nursing & Health and Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology and Spanish from John Carroll University. Christina completed her graduate work through the nationally ranked Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at the University of Akron where she earned her Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. She is licensed as a psychologist by the state of Ohio and is a board member of the nonprofit, LifeAct of Northeast Ohio. Christina’s article, “When Work and Family Blend Together: Examining the Daily Experiences of Breastfeeding Mothers at Work,” has also been published in the Harvard Business Review.
