Frank joined MarshBerry in April 2019, bringing more than ten years of insurance sales experience and a track record for coaching, sales training, public speaking and senior executive management. He is responsible for delivering management consultation and sales leadership to MarshBerry’s portfolio of insurance brokerage clients. He also serves as a coach and trainer to fellow team members while engaging in corporate strategic planning.

Insurance brokerage clients depend on Frank’s ability to identify gaps in their operations and problem-solve practical, effective solutions. His energy is contagious, inspiring clients to reach for goals that differentiate their organizations in the marketplace. Clients appreciate how he helps them establish a vision, develop producers with proven training methods, and execute so they can realize measurable results. He believes that vision is “tomorrow’s reality expressed today.” He strongly believes that you get what you picture in life.

A Leadership Track Record
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Frank worked as USI’s Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, which involved leading Property & Casualty (P&C) and Employee Benefits sales. His responsibilities also included senior operations management.

Frank holds both a P&C and Life & Health license and holds certifications in DiSC training and Professional Selling Skills. Frank earned his associate’s degree in business from Grand Rapids Community College and holds a bachelor’s of science in Business Management from Cornerstone University.

Off-Hours
Frank loves a good book, so you can find him reading—and as a high-energy sales leader, he spends time working-out and “dream building.” Most of all, he enjoys being with his family. He works with youth to help them set direction for their lives through his non-profit organization – Voyagers. He has a passion to live the principles that he studies in the Bible.
