As Associate Partner in the DACH office, Fabian supports independent insurance brokerage firms and MGAs across the DACH region and Europe as a trusted strategic advisor – whether they are preparing to sell their life’s work or pursuing growth through acquisitions. He specializes in M&A and corporate finance advisory. By leveraging deep industry knowledge, strong relationships with broker firms, private equity investors and family offices, and MarshBerry’s global capabilities, he supports clients through critical strategic and transactional decisions.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Fabian was an Engagement Manager at the leading strategy and transaction advisory firm EY-Parthenon, where he advised global insurance carriers, independent brokers, and private equity investors on both organic and inorganic growth strategies, as well as commercial due diligence projects. He played a key role in developing the joint venture and buy & build strategy as part of the creation of a newly established, PE-backed broker consolidation platform in Germany.
Fabian holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing.
