MarshBerry advises Assurantiekantoor Vermeij on its sale to Yellow Hive
MarshBerry, a leading investment banking and consulting firm serving the insurance distribution and wealth management industries, is pleased to announce it has advised Assurantiekantoor Vermeij on its successful sale to Yellow Hive, a leading collective of Dutch financial services firms.
Founded in 1988, Assurantiekantoor Vermeij specialises in maritime and commercial insurance solutions, providing coverage for more than 100 inland vessels and other business risks. The firm is recognised for its expertise in Hull & Machinery, Property & Engineering, and Protection & Indemnity lines, operating as a highly specialised insurance broker within the maritime sector.
This acquisition further strengthens Yellow Hive’s presence in the Dutch maritime insurance sector and expands its regional footprint in Zeeland, while offering new opportunities for Vermeij’s clients and employees.
