Joost Mulder joined MarshBerry in 2019 and is an Associate Director for the international branch of MarshBerry in the Netherlands. His primary responsibilities include merger & acquisition (“M&A”) advisory, assisting both with buy side and sell side transactions, financial analysis and strategic consulting.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Joost worked as an independent consultant advising start-ups and small and mid-size enterprises on their strategic and financial structure. Joost also worked as strategic advisor at BOM, a venture capital fund in the Netherlands. He started his career as a corporate management trainee at Rabobank.
Joost holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in philosophy from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. During his master’s, Joost was a research student at Columbia University in New York City.
