Fabian Seul is Managing Director of the MarshBerry office in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), bringing over 20 years of experience in M&A (mergers & acquisitions) and strategic advisory within the insurance and broader financial services sectors. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and deep sector insight, Fabian works closely with independent brokers and managing general agents (MGAs) to help build and realize value through both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Fabian was a Partner at EY-Parthenon Strategy and served as the EMEIA Insurance Lead for Strategy and Transactions at EY. In this capacity, he advised insurers, brokers, and investors on a wide array of strategic and transaction-related matters, building an extensive network across the European financial services sector. His background also includes founding a financial services-focused M&A boutique and launching Germany’s first digital MGA.
Fabian holds a PhD in Finance from RWTH Aachen University and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth.
