Brandy Carbone, Vice President at MarshBerry, brings nearly 20 years of experience across the investment banking and insurance industries. She advises insurance brokerage clients on merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, including both buy side and sell side engagements, as well as other financial advisory services such as valuations, strategic planning, and perpetuation planning.
Brandy works closely with clients, helping them evaluate opportunities, navigate key decisions, and position their organizations for long-term success. In addition to her advisory responsibilities, she facilitates two Strategic Issues Groups within MarshBerry’s executive peer exchange network, Connect, where she works with insurance industry leaders on strategic priorities, business performance, and best practices.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Brandy built more than twelve years of financial services experience. Most recently, she served as Senior Business Analyst and Director of Data Analytics for CM&F Group, Inc., where she was also appointed diligence captain, coordinating internal diligence efforts and collaborating with M&A and integration teams. Earlier in her career, Brandy held investment banking roles with Bank of America Securities Corporation, Bear, Stearns & Co., and Robert W. Baird.
Brandy currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, as well as the Series 7, 79, and 63 FINRA registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered broker-dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
Brandy graduated with honors from the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and earned her Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
