Tony Enlow joined MarshBerry in 2025 and currently serves as a Vice President. Tony supports insurance distribution and wealth management firms in achieving their acquisition goals by providing strategic guidance and conducting in-depth due diligence, including quality of earnings assessments, working capital evaluations, and risk analysis.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Tony worked in public accounting as a partner in several top 15 public accounting firms, where he primarily focused on transaction advisory, executing buy and sell side financial due diligence for private equity groups and strategic clients in a wide variety of industries. Tony was also an instructor for The Alliance of M&A Advisors and the M&A Leadership Council, where he instructed M&A professionals on the concepts of quality of earnings, working capital, and debt and debt-like items.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Washburn University and a Master of Business Administration from Kaplan University. He also maintains an active Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license in Texas.
