As a Vice President, Timothy focuses on buy and sell side merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory, financial due diligence, business valuation services, capital raising and strategic consulting.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Timothy was an Associate at CIG Capital Advisors within their Business Advisory group. In this role, Timothy worked closely with healthcare professionals to support them with growth planning, general business consulting, valuations, buy side diligence and perpetuation solutions for partnership track planning and sell side transactions.
Timothy currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE©) Exam, in addition to the Series 7, 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered broker-dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
Timothy earned a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Finance from Oakland University.
