
As Senior Vice President of Human Resources at MarshBerry, Stacey Rodgers partners with the executive leadership team to develop and execute people strategies that support the firm’s growth, performance, and long-term business objectives. She leads the organization’s human resources function, overseeing talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational effectiveness. Stacey is passionate about building high-performing cultures, developing leaders, and creating scalable HR systems that enable both employees and the business to thrive.
Before joining MarshBerry, Stacey spent 17 years at Cohen & Company, where she played a pivotal role in transforming and scaling the organization through a period of significant growth. During her tenure, the firm expanded to more than 850 employees through organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and a successful private equity transition. Stacey led Learning and Development, established a global talent pipeline, redesigned compensation and equity programs, and successfully integrated four acquired firms, each with distinct cultures, leadership structures, and operational challenges.
Earlier in her career as a CPA, Stacey conducted more than 200 audits for over 50 clients, developing the analytical, diagnostic, and business advisory skills that continue to inform her approach to human capital leadership. Her unique combination of financial expertise, operational insight, and people strategy enables her to serve as a trusted advisor to executives navigating growth, change, and organizational transformation.
Stacey holds a Master of Accountancy in Information Systems Auditing and Control from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Financial Management from Hiram College. She also earned a Foundations of Coaching Certificate from Weatherhead Executive Education, reflecting her commitment to developing leaders and fostering organizational excellence.
