As a Vice President at MarshBerry, Allsion serves as a client facing lead on merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory and financial consulting engagements. She partners with insurance distribution and wealth management clients to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, enhance enterprise value, and support successful transaction outcomes. Her responsibilities include leading sell side and buy side advisory engagements and overseeing transaction execution through closing. Allison works closely with business owners and executive teams on financial consulting projects, strategic planning initiatives, and growth-oriented solutions.
Prior to joining MarshBerry in 2021, Allison began her career at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where she worked in various corporate finance and accounting roles. Allison currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, in addition to the Series 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered broker-dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
Allison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Akron, where she majored in Financial Management and International Business.
