As a Vice President, Anthony advises owners, shareholders, and executive teams of privately held insurance, wealth management, and accounting & tax firms through sell-side merger and acquisition (M&A) while also supporting select valuation engagements. He leads transaction execution from initial engagement through close, partnering closely with clients to evaluate strategic alternatives, navigate complex sale processes, and maximize enterprise value.
Known for his analytical approach and practical advice, Anthony is a trusted advisor to business owners navigating some of the most significant decisions of their careers. Inspired by his upbringing in a family of entrepreneurs, he understands the personal and financial considerations involved in a business transition and is passionate about helping clients achieve successful outcomes aligned with their long-term objectives.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Anthony worked in the valuation practice at Cohen & Company, where he advised business owners on the key drivers of enterprise value and the strategic and financial factors that influence valuation. That experience continues to inform his approach to helping business owners position their firms to maximize value.
Anthony maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, in addition to the Series 7, 79, and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered broker-dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University, where he double majored in Accounting and Finance.
