As a Vice President, Jake Scarnecchia advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and equity capital raises, financial due diligence, and strategic financial consulting engagements.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Jake was a member of EY-Parthenon’s Strategy & Transactions practice, where he advised private equity and strategic clients on buy side and sell side financial due diligence engagements across a variety of industries. He began his career in RSM’s assurance practice before moving into M&A advisory within the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services group.
Jake earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of San Diego and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California.
