Joshua Erbes joined MarshBerry in 2022 and serves as a Vice President. He advises clients across the wealth management and insurance distribution sectors, supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and equity capital raises, valuation engagements, financial due diligence, and a broad range of strategic financial consulting projects.
Josh holds a California Life, Health, and Accident insurance license and maintains the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) certification, along with FINRA Series 7, 79, and 63 registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered broker-dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
Before joining MarshBerry, Josh began his career at Kinecta Federal Credit Union as a Marketing & Operations Coordinator, where he supported business development and marketing initiatives for the financial services and wealth management division. He later joined Home Point Financial as a Senior Financial Analyst on the Financial Planning & Analysis team. In that role, he led forecasting and budgeting for the company’s Wholesale division and developed financial models and scenario analyses that informed strategic planning and long-term business decisions.
Josh earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
