Kalin Larousse joined MarshBerry in 2025 and currently serves as a Vice President. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt capital raises, valuation engagements, and ownership transition and perpetuation planning, with a focus on businesses across the insurance and wealth management sectors.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Kalin held corporate development and M&A roles within private equity-backed platforms. In these roles, he evaluated acquisition opportunities, led transaction execution, and partnered with executive management teams on acquisition strategy and strategic growth initiatives.
Kalin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Louisiana State University and a Master’s degree in Finance from EDHEC Business School in Nice, France.
Kalin currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, in addition to the Series 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered broker-dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
