Mary Shea joined MarshBerry in early 2023. As Vice President, Mary focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial analysis, strategic planning engagements, and valuations.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Mary was a Senior Associate in the Deals Advisory group at PwC in New York, NY. She advised clients across a variety of industries on transaction execution and value creation initiatives.
Mary graduated from Boston University with dual degrees inclusive of a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Mary currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam in addition to the Series 7, 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered broker-dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
