Nic Harvey
As a Vice President at MarshBerry, Nic focuses on merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory for sell-side clients as well as valuation & consulting work. Nic supports transactionsacross the wealth management, accounting & tax and insurance verticals, bringing broad financial services expertise to every engagement.
Nic currently maintains the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is an active member of the Cleveland CFA Society. In addition, Nic is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Ohio.
Nic began his career in fintech working across two different financial software companies, beginning as an Analyst and working his way up to Supervisor and ultimately Product Owner.
Nic currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam in addition to the Series 7, 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered broker-dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
Nic graduated with honors from Walsh University with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Accounting & Finance. He currently serves as an Alumni Board member and is the sitting treasurer of the board.
