Heath Shearon
Heath Shearon brings a combination of firsthand experience and industry-wide perspective to his role as Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at FirstChoice, a MarshBerry company. A second-generation insurance professional, Heath has worked across every facet of the industry, from agency owner and carrier representative to agency consultant and insurtech content strategist.
In his current role, Heath leads strategic partnership efforts to drive growth, revenue, and market presence for independent agencies while cultivating relationships with insurtech companies, marketing and media partners, education and workforce development organizations, industry associations, and other strategic collaborators to create long-term value and industry impact.
Heath is a recognized voice in the independent insurance community, having been named one of the 2026 Hot 100 Insurance Leaders by Insurance Business. He is a frequent keynote speaker at leading industry conferences, a contributor to respected trade publications, and a recurring guest on some of the industry’s most-listened-to podcasts. His own podcast has ranked among the top ten in its category.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Ouachita Baptist University and maintains active P&C, L&H, and E&S licenses, as well as his CPIA designation.
