Casey Pont
As Managing Director, Casey co-leads MarshBerry’s sell side practice and is a leader within the Financial Institutions Group, delivering M&A advisory services to independently owned businesses, private equity firms, and portfolio companies across the Insurance, Wealth Management, and Accounting & Tax industries.
Her experience spans sell-side and buy-side representation, capital raises, platform firm formations, perpetuation planning, and compensation consulting. In addition to her M&A leadership, Casey leads two Strategic Issues Groups within MarshBerry’s executive peer exchange network, Connect. Known for her ability to navigate dynamic market conditions, she delivers strategic, data-driven guidance that helps clients maximize enterprise value.
Casey’s career began at AIG in New York, where she was promoted up the ranks to Senior Financial Analyst. In 2012, she continued her career growth with a new role with Liberty International Underwriters, becoming a Finance Project Leader. Casey joined MarshBerry in 2016 and now co-leads MarshBerry’s sell-side practice.
Casey holds the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, and the Series 62, 79, and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered broker-dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC. She graduated from Miami University with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Communications.
