Bill Anderson brings decades of senior leadership experience in insurance operations to his role as Vice President, Operations at FirstChoice, a MarshBerry company, where he oversees sales, member administration, application development, and financial operations with the Risk Placement Team. His work with independent agencies, regional carriers, and national insurers has given him a firsthand perspective on the challenges facing today’s agency leaders.
Before joining FirstChoice, Bill held executive roles at some of the industry’s most recognized organizations, including CEO at Country Way Insurance Company, COO at MSA Group, SVP of Marketing Operations at Donegal Mutual Insurance Company, and EVP of Insurance Operations at Virginia Farm Bureau. In each role, he focused on building high-performing teams, modernizing operations, and driving measurable growth.
Bill’s career highlights include the redesign of Allstate’s client-facing technology systems, the expansion of sales regions at both MSA and Donegal, and the development of an independent agency consulting methodology and its supporting automation tools.
He holds a Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Management from Central Michigan University.
