Mike Haselden
Mike joined MarshBerry as a Senior Vice President in July 2021. In his role, he is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with carrier and wholesale partners on behalf of FirstChoice, a MarshBerry Company. Specifically, Mike focuses on negotiating and managing financial incentive agreements, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships that support the profitability and long-term success of network member agencies.
With over 30 years of insurance agency experience, Mike has a strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading organizations through challenging business environments. Most recently, Mike served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Dillingham Insurance, located in Enid, OK. In his role, he was charged with aggressively driving revenue and strategically expanding the firm’s footprint. He has also had leadership roles with INSURICA Insurance Management, Guaranty Insurance Services, Inc., Texas Insurance Group, and Interlink Partners throughout his career.
Mike is a University of Texas at Dallas graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He is a graduate of the Wharton School Executive Leadership Development Program and also holds the Associate in Management Designation (AIM) and the Chartered Property & Casualty Designation (CPCU).
