Eric Kuhen joined MarshBerry as a Strategy Consultant in October 2018 and has had various positions since. As a Platform Strategy Consultant, Eric’s primary responsibility is to help Connect Platform member firms understand how the Platform can help them increase revenue and re-invest in their firm. He also co-facilitates two Strategic Issues Groups within MarshBerry’s executive peer exchange network, Connect.
In addition to his other responsibilities, Eric is tasked with generating and maintaining client relationships. This includes business perpetuation and strategic business planning.
Prior to MarshBerry, Eric spent over 20 years in various sales and management roles within the insurance industry as an agency owner and a vice president at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. and Aon plc. Prior to these roles, Eric began as a sales professional and analyst at Progressive Insurance.
Throughout his career, Eric’s passion for the insurance industry has branched through managing and mentoring both seasoned professionals or those entering the insurance industry.
Eric holds a BA from Marietta College and has held his Property & Casualty license in multiple states for almost 25 years.
