Known for her strategic insight and engaging leadership style, Brooke plays a key role in developing and guiding MarshBerry’s growth-focused programs, including the firm’s Connect executive peer exchange.
With more than a decade of experience in consulting, executive coaching, and program development, Brooke helps organizations align vision, talent, and execution. She is particularly recognized for her ability to combine data-driven strategy with authentic connection—whether facilitating peer groups, advising executive teams, or designing leadership and mentorship initiatives that strengthen culture and performance.
Brooke is deeply committed to advancing leadership within the industry, with a focus on supporting the next generation of leaders and elevating underrepresented voices. Her work has been instrumental in helping firms navigate change, enhance perpetuation strategies, and build high-performing teams.
Prior to joining MarshBerry in 2016, Brooke held roles in corporate project management and human resources at Acrisure, where she focused on acquisition integration, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
She holds degrees in Psychology and Anthropology from Grand Valley State University, along with a post-baccalaureate degree in Human Resources and an MBA in Strategic Management from Davenport University. Brooke has been recognized as a Business Insurance “Young Gun” and a 2025 Insurance Business America Rising Star.
