As Vice President, Bryan Lake leads MarshBerry’s Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Search Strategy. Bryan brings extensive knowledge in planning & strategy, recruitment, employment branding, metrics & analytics, as well as talent segmentation and workforce management. Working with C-Suite and HR leadership, Bryan offers progressive and sustainable best practices, allowing business strategy to meet talent strategy so talent results can meet business results.
Prior to MarshBerry, Bryan spent 13 years with an executive search firm in Grand Rapids, MI, both as a Senior Recruiter and later a Partner within the firm. During his time, he was a perennial top 50 recruiter and top 10 manager globally.
Bryan, more recently, was the Talent Acquisition Manager for Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, the third largest free-standing behavioral health institution in the U.S. There, Bryan led Talent Acquisition strategy, including internal and external recruitment, workforce management, TA process improvement, new employee onboarding, compliance and data analysis.
Bryan is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.
