Marsh, Berry & Company, Inc. (“MarshBerry”), a leading Merger & Acquisition (M&A)* and Management Consulting firm in the insurance industry, is excited to announce its expansion into the global market with the formation of MarshBerry International. The initiative provides consulting and M&A advisory services to international insurance brokers, carriers, and companies.
MarshBerry International is led out of Europe by MarshBerry’s Managing Director Michel Schaft. Schaft is an insurance professional from The Netherlands with over 25 years of experience in international insurance. He is well respected in the industry, having served as the CEO of a top brokerage in The Netherlands, the CEO of the Dutch Insurance Exchange and as a board member of multiple international insurance associations. “I am very excited to lead this initiative which is delivering high quality consultancy and market leading M&A advisory to the insurance community outside of the US.”
