Chris Rochford is a solutions-oriented thought leader who helps clients improve the value of their business by achieving double-digit organic growth. As the Vice President – Growth for MarshBerry’s Connect Network, Chris is responsible for new member development, network growth strategy, product innovation, and value enhancement for member firms.
Chris is also a leader within MarshBerry’s Organic Growth team where he consults with clients on services designed to help them accomplish their business goals and maximize value. These services include strategic business planning, organic growth consulting, compensation modeling, perpetuation planning, talent acquisition strategy, financial benchmarking and executive peer exchange.
Chris joined MarshBerry in 2014 as a Consultant and was subsequently promoted to roles as Lead Sales Coaching Consultant, Sales Performance Consulting Team Leader and Senior Consultant. Prior to joining MarshBerry, Chris worked for a global transportation company, where he was a top salesperson, sales manager and corporate trainer.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Baldwin Wallace University, with a minor in management.
