Chris Rochford is a solution-oriented thought leader who helps clients improve the value of their business by achieving double-digit growth. As Vice President, Growth Advisory, Chris is responsible for new client development, product innovation, and value enhancement of Growth Advisory solutions.
Chris also consults with clients on strategies to help them accomplish their business goals, build scale, and maximize value. These services include strategic business planning, organic growth consulting, compensation modeling, perpetuation planning, talent acquisition strategy, financial benchmarking, and executive peer exchange.
Chris joined MarshBerry in 2014 as a Consultant and was subsequently promoted to roles as Lead Consultant, Sales Advisory Team Leader, Senior Consultant, & Vice President of Connect Growth. Prior to joining MarshBerry, Chris worked for a global transportation company, where he was a top salesperson, sales manager, and corporate trainer.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Baldwin Wallace University, with a minor in management.
