Don Folino joined MarshBerry in 2018 as a Sales Performance Consultant in the Organic Growth division where he helps insurance agencies and brokerages build infrastructures that drive organic growth, as well as working with them through the continued development and execution of that process.
His primary responsibilities include working closely with producers and sales leaders to create successful and repeatable sales processes while also assisting firms with organizational infrastructure, business planning and sales management. Don brings with him over 13 years of experience in sales and sales management operations.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Don worked as a business development consultant where he earned multiple president club honors for his sales efforts and client retention strategies. In addition, Don is a military veteran and stays involved with local veteran not for profit organizations.
Don holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing with a focus in management and entrepreneurship from the University of Cincinnati. He currently is pursuing his MBA at Penn State University.
