STEP 1: DEVELOP A POSITION PROFILE
MarshBerry’s insurance recruiting agency helps you create a position profile to market your agency to potential candidates.
STEP 2: COMPENSATION PLANS
MarshBerry works with you to implement a pay and/or validation structure focused on activity. This unique compensation plan is designed to reward the performers and quickly eliminate non-producers.
STEP 3: THE SEARCH
Initial resume evaluation. In depth and extensive candidate interview. Video interview to further assess cultural and competency match. Comprehensive personality assessment to aid in data driven decisions to hire the right person for the right position.
STEP 4: REPORTING
You receive an update on all candidate interview activity. Your Talent Consultant will also call once a month for a discussion on the status of candidates and the search.
STEP 5: CANDIDATE PRESENTATION
After a candidate has completed our thorough process, the Talent Consultant will formally present the candidates to you via email.
STEP 6: OFFERING AND HIRING
A MarshBerry Talent Consultant will remain involved throughout the entire interview process – including making an offer on your behalf, if you choose.
