Mark joined MarshBerry as a Strategy Consultant in February 2021. In his multifaceted role, Mark is tasked with nurturing relationships with members of MarshBerry Connect and Connect MarshBerry Platform to help them achieve growth goals for their firm.
Mark has over 15 years of brokerage and carrier experience and was most recently with Liberty Mutual Business Insurance (Liberty Mutual). In his role as Senior Territory Manager, Mark delivered consistent growth and profitability in the Southern Ohio market through appointment, development and management of independent commercial lines agents and brokers.
Prior to Liberty Mutual, Mark was an Area Vice President with Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services where where he built a book of business in excess of $1 million in revenue. He also successfully developed sales niches in construction, health care, public entities, school districts and manufacturers. Before landing in the insurance industry, Mark had more than 20 years of experience in national sales and analytical roles in the consumer products industry.
Mark is a graduate of Drake University with a degree in Business Administration. He holds various professional designations including Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager, and Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter.
