Afra van Galen joined MarshBerry in 2021 as an Analyst and has grown into the role of an Associate. Her primary responsibilities include valuations, perpetuation planning, financial analysis and buy and sell side merger & acquisition (M&A) advisory assistance.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Afra started her career as a consultant in the Valuation, Modeling and Economics team of the Strategy and Transactions department of EY, where she worked for over two years on a number of transactions and business modeling projects.
Afra holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from the University of Amsterdam and a master’s degree in Finance from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
During her undergraduate program, Afra was an exchange student at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain.
