Tony Longo joined MarshBerry’s Talent Acquisition division during February of 2018, bringing over seven years of insurance industry experience on the carrier side. Since then, Tony has transitioned to the Connect Platform. Tony’s role is to assist both new and existing members through the on-boarding and optimization/utilization processes of the Platform. Tony also works with clients to identify and assist in the unique value creation opportunities, including RiskMatch.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Tony worked with Foremost Insurance as a District Manager in the greater Houston area. Responsibilities included increasing the firm’s value through sales and consultation of Zurich Small Business, Foremost Specialty and Farmers Auto. In addition, Tony created awareness within agencies and brokerages on risk appetite, product knowledge, and underwriting guidelines along with corporate and firm sales initiatives.
Tony graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in marketing and advertising with a focus in communication. During his time at Grand Valley State University, Tony was an active member of the university’s chapter of American Marketing Association (AMA), Grand Valley State University Chapter.
